Whether we're sending them your way or you're coming to collect them, here's the important stuff...

📦 DELIVERY

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

We have two postal options:

📮 Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed For
Usually a speedier option, but next-day delivery is NOT guaranteed.

🚀 Royal Mail Special Delivery
Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on your Yolkers while they're out in the wild. 👀

A QUICK WORD ABOUT POSTAGE...

We know the postage options aren't cheap. Unfortunately, we don't get to dictate Royal Mail's prices.

Because we're sending fresh, perishable food, we use appropriate tracked delivery services and package your order to help keep it cool during its journey.

❄️ KEEPING YOUR YOLKERS COOL

Your Yolkers are sent in Thermo Chill insulated packaging with ice packs, helping to keep them cool while they're making their way to you.

♻️ DON'T BIN THE ICE PACKS!

They're reusable — pop them back in the freezer and use them again. Better for the planet and handy for keeping your sarnies cold. 😏

📅 NEED THEM FOR A SPECIFIC DAY?

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm we can accommodate your required delivery date.

As our Yolkers are perishable, please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery.

Missed deliveries cannot be refunded where delivery has been attempted as arranged.

📍 COLLECTION

Fancy collecting your Yolkers instead?

Collection is available, but must be pre-booked with us before ordering.

Please don't just rock up looking for eggs. 😂 We might be knee-deep in production, out at an event, or generally causing egg-related chaos elsewhere.

🥚 WHEN YOUR YOLKERS ARRIVE

Every Yolker is individually wrapped and labelled with its ingredients, allergens and Eat By date.

Pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive and keep refrigerated until you're ready to demolish them.
